Color Palette Tools

Our tools (Color Wheel, Image Color Picker) are provided to assist in your creative process. You may use the generated palettes for commercial and personal purposes.

User Content: You are responsible for any content you upload, including images for the Image Color Picker. You warrant that you have the rights to use any uploaded image.

2. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you warrant that you are over 18 years old and that the information you provide us is accurate, complete and current at all times. Failure to comply with this condition constitutes a violation of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.

3. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of EBODA.
